The Shed Company has been in business in Utah since Jan of 2000. Every shed is built by me, the owner. I have built over 1600 sheds, so you can rest with peace of mind, knowing that you are getting a quality professional job, and for more piece of min, I do not require any money down. Payment is not due until your shed is complete. almost every shed is built in one day. Typical job time ranges from 4-8 hours. Our typical lead time is 2-5 business days. thank you for your interest. Construction Information:
We use pressure treated 4x4 skids that run the length of the building, these have a lifetime manufacture warranty against ground contact (if you do not have a gravel base, or concrete pad, then we can level your shed and get the skids off the ground by using concrete blocks). then we frame your floor with 2x4's at 16" on center. The flooring itself is a 3/4 inch thick flooring. This flooring comes with a 25 year manufacture warranty and has a middle core sealant to protect against rot. Our walls are framed with 2x4's, including top and bottom plates. The trusses are 2x4, and are 24" on center. Our shingles are a 25 year asphalt shingle. We use LP Smart Pannel for your siding. This siding is pre-finished with a primer coat already on it. The siding has a wood grain look to it and vertical grooves every 8". It includes a 30 year manufacturer warranty. We server all of Utah, Wyoming, and Idaho.
